Larry Carr
Moline Garden Center Manager
Entered the Green Industry in 1993.
Larry oversees all aspects and day to day operation of the Moline Garden Center. He has also served as a Landscape Foreman while at MLD and has a comprehensive background in landscape design and installation.
Karen Jackson
Garden Center Supervisor
Entered the Green Industry in 1993.
Karen’s passion for landscaping grew as a young girl working on her family farm. This passion led her to open a full service landscaping business in 1989 in Quincy, IL.
After relocating to the Quad Cities in 1999 she joined Meyer Landscape & Design. Today, Karen, along with her staff has the responsibility of tending to the 25 acre nursery. Karen’s experience extends from plant growth, care and maintenance. She and her staff also create unique displays enabling customers to envision and create their own landscape paradise.
Kathy Anson
Garden Center Supervisor
Kathy grew up at Meyer's Tree Farm in 1976 and worked throughout her High School and College years. Her duties were planting, pruning, weeding and caring for plant material. Most likely, many of the plants she nurtured are still in our customers yards today.
Kathy attended Blackhawk College and Graduated with an Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising. She has a Certificate in Retailing. Kathy worked in retail management of a womans clothing store for 11 years.
Kathy earned her Master Gardener Degree in 1995 and returned to Meyer Landscape & Design the same year.
Kathy enjoys helping customers with their landscape questions, and plant needs. She still uses her merchandising education, but only with beautiful plants and garden art. She purchases garden art and helps train the Meyer's Sales Staff.
Jodi Meyer
Horticulture Technician
Entered the Green Industry in 1979.
Jodi enjoys working outdoors tending to the nursery plants and assisting customers with their personal needs. Jodi’s main responsibility is assuring all our plants are healthy and ready to be planted in your personal landscape. With many years of experience in the industry you can assure that your questions and concerns will be solved by an expert in the profession.
