John Collins

Landscape Designer

John has been a key part of the Meyer team for 20 years and transitioned into his role as a landscape designer in the summer of 2026. He excels at connecting with clients, blending classic and modern design elements, and transforming everyday yards into functional, stunning outdoor spaces.

Do you have a favorite plant or flower and what makes it your favorite?

When selecting plants, he favors perennials that deliver continuous, season-long color and dynamic texture to the landscape.

When you’re not creating beautiful landscapes, how do you like to spend your time?

When he isn’t designing for clients, John stays hands-on at home, constantly working on his own yard and tending to his vegetable and flower gardens.
